A. We are dedicated to recognizing the performance car enthusiast. We developed this site and the corresponding PCR Tag to allow you to outline the specific features, modifications or enhancements you've done to your vehicle. Additionally, we consolidate that information in the registry so your vehicle is documented with the sweat and pride you've put into it. Plus, with the registry we're trying to capture all the "machines" regardless of brand that make up the Performance Car realm. We're "car people" too and wanted to create a way for all of us to quickly scan a fellow owner's Tag or registry for what they've done, have under the hood or throughout the driveline.
A. This is always a tough one as everyone has an opinion on it. For better or worse, we define it as the vehicle is rear wheel drive and intended for high performance use. Therefore, classic Musclecars fit, custom hot rods, and vehicles modified beyond their stock specs. No, it would not include the Pinto with added racing stripes, but would include the 1970, nine passenger stationwagon that you dropped a stroked big block in ... absolutely!
A. Absolutely not! Don't even ask. Our PCR Tag is intended only to supplement an owner's information about his or her car. It may be useful in helping non Mopar folks understand what "M code" means or non Ford guys what an "R code" signifies. It is up to each owner to choose the items that they wish to point out about their vehicle. We're not authenticating a car. We do NOT authenticate vehicles, all data is car owner provided, based upon their assertions of the vehicle's history or modifications they've made. We're providing a professional means of outlining your vehicle's unique options, power additions or sentimental characteristics without you having to litter your dashboard with signs and such. Each of us as enthusiasts who care about this hobby will keep one another honest about their Tags. Who else but another "car guy" will know when someone is trying to pull a fast one.

The customized Tag with registration is $21.95 including tax. You get a completely individualized, high quality stainless steel Tag, serialized with your unique registry number and your specific data. In addition, as part of the registry, you also can update your Tag (we all continue to wrench on our rides) at any time for just $9.95. The registry allows you to keep your same, unique number no matter how often you update. We do a very high quality, durable product that you'll be proud to own for decades, so we don't skimp on materials or professionalism.
A. Yes, and there is no charge. Just follow the vehicle registration process and decline the Tag option at the end. Of course, we encourage purchasing the Tag as we created it to allow owners to highlight the performance and unique aspects of their vehicles for others to see - plus, it is the best way for others to know, you are part of this National performance car registry.

You can add your initials or you and your spouse's initials, connecting the Tag & car to YOU.
A. You can register multiple vehicles, all with their unique Tags. In addition, many enthusiasts order 2 Tags per car (one for engine compartment, another for the dash). I've also had people order extras for key chains or car displays. Your choice. We discount for multiple Tags too!
A. Yes, but only if ordered all at the same time. Again, it is first come, first serve. If we have your order with all your vehicles at one time, we'll be able to issue them in sequential order.
A. No, but you do need to print out the printable PCR order form and complete and return. Online is much quicker though. If you go the Print & Mail route, please print very clearly and carefully.
A. We take many safeguards to ensure mistakes do not occur. That's why we have you enter the data, see it online, and approve it before going to "check out". We create the Tags from your exact input. If however, we make a mistake, we'll issue a new, corrected Tag or refund your money in full. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!

It takes only minutes to complete the online Tag entry. Though take your time, think about what you want to include as space is very limited. We suggest sticking to the "big items". List the ported heads or stroker package, or the rare ram air package your car came with, not the 4in tach, for example. Then once submitted, we'll enter your vehicle in the registry, create your Tag and ship it to you usually within 2-4 weeks.

Yes. You would simply click on the small, blue Tag icon on the "View my vehicles" and just follow the ordering procedure form there.

Simply click on the small, blue Tag icon under "View my vehicles" and follow the instruction for purchasing a duplicate or replacement Tag. They are only $9.95 for existing Tag holders

The integrity of the registry is paramount. We want to ensure that to the best of our ability, no bogus entries are being submitted (thus, VIN validation) as well as key information on Engine, Transmission and Axle ratios are captured for all entries. This helps provide consistency for you as a viewer, interested in other vehicles as well as the key elements of the performance driveline are documented.

To update your profile, just login as a returning user and select 'update profile' at the top of the page. After logging in, you can also select 'View/edit my entries' from the menu on the left hand side. You'll be shown a listing of all of your registered vehicles. Click on the 'Number-VIN-initials' link to edit the registry information. Note that at the bottom of that page you can upload photos of your vehicle and the vehicle's engine. Or, if you'd rather, you can email us (click on the 'Contact us' button on the left hand side) the photo(s) and we'll update your registry entry for you.
If Blake or Jesse registered your vehicle at a car show or event, just email us with your changes and we'll take care of it for you.
